By eating sufficient flax seeds you can increase your kidney functions, increasing kidney function means risk of developing lupus nephritis is less, lupus nephritis – one type of kidney disease linked with lupus.
- Lean Proteins: Protein is most essential to rebuild organ and muscle cells as protein contain enough nutrient. It also improves physical energy. Protein foods like fish, white-meat chicken, tofu, lentils add in your everyday diet menu. Don’t eat dark meat chicken and red meats – even though such type of foods is the normal protein source in especially American diet.
