Person in healthy diabetic diet plan avoid foods to intake like sufficient sodium foods, high saturated foods like bacon, hot dogs, sausage, beef, fat diary products, cholesterol, shell fish, egg yolk, etc.

The diabetic diet plan for type 1 diabetes is simply balancing perfect level of between body and food intake everyday. This is the fact why patients should be aware choosing foods and consuming and the mode it will influence his/her insulin levels. - Breakfast

* one apple
* one boiled egg
* one cup of skim milk
* Two piece whole wheat bread slices

- Lunch

* Fresh Green salad with low fat
* Piece of 3-5 to grilled fish or oz grilled chicken
* Two corn tortillas or two pieces bread
* Eight oz low fat milk

- Snacks

* one small piece fruits
* one cup of cottage cheese
* Ten fat tortilla chips

- Dinner

* Intake soda
* Greens salads with low fat
* one or two cups vegetables
* Two cup of pasta
* one potato

Diabetic Diet Plan: Type 2 Diabetes

The diabetic diet menu for type 2 diabetes is commonly a weight lose diet program for diabetes patients, though it is linked with overweight and obesity. Person in type diabetes should avoid food taking like: high carbo food, high sugar, cholesterol and fatty foods. Read bellow type 2 diabetes diet plans:

- Breakfast

* One and half cup oatmeal

* One and half cup of skim milk
* Two toasts
* One and half cup of fat free yogurt
* One piece orange and berries

- Lunch

* Salad with olive oil

- Dinner

Once a pregnant woman diagnosed gestational diabetes, for her knowing importance of diabetic diet plan during pregnancy is very important so that she can able to provide proper nutrition level both her body and fetus.

- Breakfast

* One and half slice banana
* One and half cup of skim milk
* One and half cup of oatmeal
*one and four egg substitute
* One piece wheat bread toasted with one teaspoon butter

- Lunch

* One small piece apple
* One cup of vegetable soup
* One turkey sandwich with two wheat breads, one oz low fat cheese, one teaspoon butter

- Snacks

* Three Cups if light popcorn
* One and half sweetened chocolate

- Dinner

* One and half cup of cooked carrots
* Two cups of brown rice
* One small grain dinner roll including one teaspoon margarine
* Fresh vegetable salads
* Four unsweetened canned apricot halves
* One small piece of angel cake
* Four oz broiled chicken breast.
